HEA assists community partners in developing Networks and Pilot Programs with the long-term goal of developing a strong, aligned talent pipeline for our community.

Advanced Manufacturing Sector Partnership (AMSP)

AMSP Network creates a coordinated talent development system for manufacturing. It provides infrastructure to meet training needs in a sustained and effective way. AMSP members identify shared needs, design and implement a combined approach to training, and create solutions to serve students and adults through their training programs.

Business-Education Roundtables

HEA’s Business-Education Roundtable Network create a space for industry and education stakeholders to gather for productive discussions to create career pathways for students. The roundtables support the implementation of industry Project-Based Learning. The Roundtables also bring business leaders and educators together to implement projects that connect public education with real-world business applications.

Lilly Comprehensive Counseling Coalition

(College & Career Readiness)

The Lilly Endowment awarded all seven Elkhart County school districts grants through the Comprehensive Counseling Initiative. Through these awards, the county is developing and implementing a comprehensive counseling plan to prepare all students to be on track to pursue a meaningful college and career pathway upon graduation.
