Today’s students are learning more than academics in school these days. They’re exploring and figuring out how they can match what they’re learning with a career. Through an aligned grade-by-grade plan to expose students to a variety of career options, students can imagine what a career looks and feels like.

Going deeper by working in the work environment with real co-workers and bosses allows them to “try on” the career. Our community is working together to help our students discover a career passion and have an individualized plan for how to get the training and skills for that career before graduating from high school. That is happening in Elkhart County.
