Certified Production Technician Program
Local industry identified the Industrial Manufacturing Technician (IMT) apprenticeship program as the best strategy to create the skilled workforce that industries need. Apprenticeships have the potential to be one of the most powerful solutions to current workforce challenges. They provide companies with employees learning new skills on the job. They also create growth and advancement incentives for employees to earn higher wages and advanced credentials. The Certified Production Technician program is the first component of the IMT apprenticeship program. It serves as a foundation to move workers into higher-level careers.

HSE and Literacy Programs
Our High School Equivalency (HSE) program is a hybrid educational delivery model. It integrates online learning with classroom instruction, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. It also provides consistent support and opportunities to build positive relationships with peers and instructors. Through collaboration with libraries, businesses, and community agencies, we are able to offer our program at locations across the county. We provide convenient access to computer labs for online education.
Literacy: Our literacy programs provide additional support by pairing students with tutors in the community. Tutors work with adult learners to develop core literacy skills required to progress through the HSE program.

English Language Learning Programs
Our ELL program uses the online program Burlington English, along with class instruction, tutoring, and mentoring. The online program includes instruction to improve standard and workplace English language skills. The goal of the ELL program is to increase skills to the level needed to enroll in the HSE program and to pursue an industry-recognized credential or post-secondary degree.
